Nommie's Mother's Day!

So this is what I made for my mom.

Banana Chocolate Cupcakes with Peanut Butter frosting! The Peanut Butter Frosting was left over from my boyfriend's cake which I had made the day before. The Cupcake part is from Hello Cupcake! I decided to test out their recieps in the back and try to make box mix delicious and boy was this recipe GREAT! I am sooo serious it was sooo good. I had to go out and buy buttermilk but I'm sure that that helped make them deeeelicious!

The recipe from Hello Cupcake to make your box mix yummy goes as follows:

Banana Chocolate Cupcakes

1 box devil's food cake mix

1 cup mashed bananas (about 3 medium)
1 cup buttermilk (in place of the water called for on the box)

vegetable oil (the amount on the box)

4 large eggs (in place of the number called for on the box)

and then you just mix it like you normally would! :)
