Cooking/Baking party :)

So my boyfriend co-hosted (originally he would have been the host haha) of a cooking/baking party and so we have some pictures of the two things we have baked. But frist a touching photo of my boyfriend Chris Redfield and the doggy he was dog sitting.

So now Nommie will post the cake made by Yum Yums. It was a strawberry vanilla cake. She makes everything herself but to my knowledge she never actually writes the recipe down? So everything (but the strawberrys, she can't make those) was made by her.

Delicious right? So now for my banana bread where the recipe I got from http://castirondarling.blogspot.com/2009/12/best-ever-banana-bread.html through the livejournal community of bakebakebake. I changed it around a bit, and used vanilla yogurt instead of plain yogurt and put some chocolate chips in and basically all the measurements were eyeballed (courtesy of Chris Redfield) because al the measuring tools were at my house xD

The next time I bake we have all decided we should video tape it because it is filled with drama. Eggshell drama, almost microwaving metal drama and the occasional dancing.

In the above picture you can see how Chris Redfield went crazy with the Pam. The Pam was butter flavored though so it didn't do anything to make the cake worse. All in all it was a yummy banana bread although it seemed like it took lnoger than the 15 minutes as said by the blog I got in on. It was more like... 45 minutes xD There's something wrong with the oven at Chris'.
