Banana spring rolls !!
Hey guys Yum Yum's here again :). I think Nommie is slacking, hmmm what do you think?
Anyway as you can tell from the tittle of this post, its about banana spring rolls. They are super easy to make, and very very delicious!
this is all that you will need :)its very simple
Im also showing you here how to fold the wrap, so refer back to the pics ,if you are attempting to make these.
and its done :) make sure when your waiting to deep fry these you lay them on the side where the little flap is so it stays together. now to fry
This is when they were done frying. make sure you place them on paper towels , i used napkins and they kinda stuck to the napkins more. Making it a little harder to get them off the drying station.
And finally the finished product! I dressed them up with some caramel sauce and some powdered sugar, and they were super good!
~~Recipe~~
*Ripe bananas ( 1 banana makes 4 rolls)
*spring roll wrappers
*1/4 cup brown sugar
*oil for frying (canola or veg. oil is good)
*1/8 tsp 5 chinese spice
* 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
1) in a bowl mix the brown sugar, 5 chinese spice , and the cinnamon so its blended together
2) get another small bowl and put some water in it. ( this is for sealing the wraps, around the edges)
3) what you want to do now is peal the banana you have and cut once in half, than now you should have 2 halves. Now you want to take the half and cut that again in half but the long way this time. so you should have 4 pieces now.
4) take 1 piece of banana and place it on the wrap slightly tword a corner (its easier if you look at the pica above) mush banana a little bit with a fork and sprinkle a generous amount of the blend you made earlier ,over the banana. Begin to fold till it forms a wrap. (again look at pics above if you need help) **don't forget to use the water along the edges to make sure it seals.**
5) make sure you prepare all wraps before frying. fry only 2 at a time to make sure they brown evenly on all sides.
6) after done frying drain on a plate lined with paper towels and wait till cool enough to move to another plate. DONE! now you can add caramel sauce like i did or serve with ice cream. However you want you can do to it. Hope some of you try to make these, they are not a waste of time :)

Cookies Trio :)
Hey guys! Its Yum Yum's, I made some pretty awesome cookies this time around. So lets get into it.
These cookies were fun to make indeed. Although my idea of using a whisk wasnt very smart.
Since im so special, i wanted to make all my cookies interracial. :) this is before i added the cocoa powder of course
And this is after the cocoa. And now its time to get started.
This was after i baked them. It wasnt finished yet though. It was really easy to make them like this all you had to do was take a little from both the regular, and chocolate dough and press together than proceed to roll into a ball.
And this was the end product, They were very good. I decided to try this cookies with different kisses, and I made these (the better ones) with Hug's and I made some with Kisses that were Cookies and cream.

Balsamic Vinegar & pepperoni pizza roll :)
So my friend says that I need to update even though she hasn't updated with her cookies that she just made. But I'll show you guys this really simple way to make rolls and yet make your guests/family think you're so talented :)
So basically you just take any type of dough (I prefer french bread dough... a little tougher to roll out for me, but it is worth it), roll it out (which is always a pain in the butt) but your ingredients in and then fold it up. I usually fold one side in, then fold the edges and then the other side so that it is sealed tight. Think of how you'd seal up a soft taco :)
Now go out htere an impress everyone!
